Continuing with the theme of our frozen land, I decided to display this pic of the Aurora Borealis, the 'Northern Lights'. One of my wife's life ambitions is to see the 'NL'. I find it vexing, how to travel there, how to time it, why one would travel- much less live- in such inhospitable conditions. The 'Lights', though, help reflect an essence that isn't so much scientific, one of postive and negative charges, but one more internal, of the beauty- the inherent, unmistakable and transcendent wonder of Life.20.1.08
